13:00 Daily
 Orders must be on the portal by 13:00 for same-day dispatch. After this time dates roll to the next available date.
Standard Service
Economy Delivery

Typically delivered within 2–3 working days. The most cost-effective option for non-urgent shipments. Must be booked by 13:00.
Express Service
Next Day Delivery

Delivered on the next working day to most UK mainland postcodes. Must be booked by 13:00. Next day must be before 12pm — if not, will roll over to next working day.

Booking Cut-Off Times

All orders must be submitted by 13:00 for same-day dispatch on both Economy and Next Day services. After 13:00, your delivery will be scheduled for the next available date.
Tail Lift Deliveries

Maximum weight for tail lift delivery is 1,000kg. Pallets requiring a 7.5-tonne vehicle are limited to 750kg. Maximum dimensions for tail lift: 1.5m(l) × 1.2m(w).
Hazardous Goods

Hazardous products cannot be carried unless clearly identified as Limited Quantity and accompanied by a valid DGN (Dangerous Goods Note). A £20 surcharge applies.
Islands & Remote Areas

Extended transit times apply to the Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Scottish islands. Next Day is not available to these areas. Customs clearance charges apply for Channel Islands.
Conditions of Carriage

All goods are carried subject to RHA Conditions of Carriage 2024. Any jobs requiring a quote outside standard tariff must be confirmed in writing.
