BedSoft Blend is a premium mixed equine and poultry bedding made from 80% BedSoft Original (wheat straw) and 20% BedSoft Shavings (softwood), providing a fluffy yet highly absorbent bed suitable for horses, ponies and poultry. The wheat straw component is harvested in Essex and processed using a unique shredding and chopping system to create a light, fluffy texture, while the high‑quality, dust‑extracted softwood shavings add excellent absorbency and stability. The finished product then passes through a state‑of‑the‑art dust‑extraction process before an anti‑bacterial, anti‑viral and insect‑repellent treatment is applied, supporting a cleaner, more hygienic stable or poultry housing environment.

Order Processing
Orders processed before 10am will be shipped the same day. Orders processed after 10am will be shipped the next working day.
Tracking Your Order
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
You will also receive a notification when your parcel is out for delivery.
If item is not delivered in 5 working days , contact us with your inquiry.
Delivery Attempts and Notifications
If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.
Safe Place or Neighbour Delivery
You can choose to have your parcel left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? You may cancel your order by phone or email before it has been processed and dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can return your order following our returns policy below.
