BedSoft Bio

BedSoft Bio is a premium equine bedding made from 100% oil seed rape straw, providing a highly absorbent, low‑dust and practical bed for all types of horses and ponies. It is designed to be extremely biodegradable and easy to muck out, breaking down rapidly on the muck heap to help minimise muck‑heap size and disposal costs. Harvested in Essex and processed using a unique shredding and chopping system, BedSoft Bio is then put through a state‑of‑the‑art dust‑extraction process before an anti‑bacterial, anti‑viral and insect‑repellent treatment is applied. BedSoft uses a unique blend of oils, including Eucalyptus citriodora, which contains around 80% citronellal – the component responsible for its fresh aroma, antimicrobial properties and strong insect‑repellent capabilities. Not only is the bedding bio‑secure, but the nature of the treatment also highly discourages bed eating.

Orders processed before 10am will be shipped the same day. Orders processed after 10am will be shipped the next working day.

Tracking Your Order

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.

You will also receive a notification when your parcel is out for delivery.

If item is not delivered in 5 working days , contact us with your inquiry.

Delivery Attempts and Notifications

If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.

Safe Place or Neighbour Delivery

You can choose to have your parcel left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? You may cancel your order by phone or email before it has been processed and dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can return your order following our returns policy below.
