BedSoft Bio is a premium equine bedding made from 100% oil seed rape straw, providing a highly absorbent, low-dust and practical bed for all types of horses and ponies. It is designed to be extremely biodegradable and easy to muck out, breaking down rapidly on the muck heap to help minimise muck-heap size and disposal costs.

Harvested in Essex and processed using a unique shredding and chopping system, BedSoft Bio is then put through a state-of-the-art dust-extraction process before an anti-bacterial, anti-viral and insect-repellent treatment is applied. BedSoft uses a unique blend of oils, including Eucalyptus citriodora, which contains around 80% citronellal — the component responsible for its fresh aroma, antimicrobial properties and strong insect-repellent capabilities. Not only is the bedding bio-secure, but the nature of the treatment also highly discourages bed eating.
